Perfect hotel with super-friendly staff. Central location in the heart of Seoul, close to shopping areas, Namsan, night market, and the palace. Easy access to main tourist areas by bus.

The staff, everyone, was genuinely helpful. The room was well-equipped with good equipment, free Wi-Fi.

Got a super deluxe apartment with good equipment as expected, truly enjoyed it. The location was exceptionally nice and comfy, near a train station. There was a BBQ restaurant right across the back door, which was convenient.

The location was perfect, situated between two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The are was great, the facilities were up to date, and well maintained. Staf very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to City hall metro station. I would stay again if I ever go back to Seoul.

The price was a bit steep. I stayed for 11 days, and there was no discount. Otherwise I couldn't think of anything else that was bad.

Its location in the center of Seoul was particularly good.

Excellent hotel and very nice place to be for holidays ! Everything was perfect : the suite, the swimming-pool and jaccuzzi, the staff is also helpful and always smiling. The hotel is also near the subway station (10 minutes by walk), and the bus stop of the line from Incheon Airport is just in front of the door !! Very helpful !

We sometimes had to queue for breakfast, but just a short time except on Sunday (I guess everybody wanted to have breakfast later than usual !).

The food was reasonably priced, and the room was fairly quiet. Clean bathrooms with bidet: )

loved my stay in fraser place central seoul! the room's heater was easy to manage and the heated toilet seats were a bonus. convenience store and cafe nearby. location is perfect, walking distance to namdaemun market and myeondong neighborhood. the spa and rooftop terrace were amazing.
